Hands on Hartford – Local Nonprofit

One of many local non-profits we work with, Hands on Hartford serves Hartford Connecticut's most vulnerable residents through food access programs, homeless outreach & prevention services, permanent supportive housing, and health supports. 

We've helped them reimagine, redesign, and redevelop their website to more accurately reflect the services and programs they offer. We also hosting and support their family of websites, including Gather55 as well as provide technical consulting when the need arises for them.
